I'm out of town and needed to establish the delivery and installation of an ADA compliant bidet toilet for my elderly Mom. I noticed the positive reviews on Yelp for Efficient Plumbing and contacted them prior to delivery to obtain an estimate. Steve asked some great questions and requested some pictures to make sure he could give me an accurate quote. The quote was reasonable and once the delivery was conducted Steve was able to arrange an installation date and time that was convenient for my mom. Titus arrived on time, did an outstanding job, and even went out of his way to conceal and make sure the extension cord we had to use to reach an outlet was safe. We had an excellent experience with Efficient Plumbing!  I read their reviews on Yelp and felt that they would be able to best address our situation.  I texted Evelin describing it, she was able to get a plumber over in about 90 minutes!  I figured it would be next day.  Hector came to the house, we talked and I explained the situation.  He felt he could take care of it.  The job required opening up stucco for access to the piping.  Hector found the leak right away, and was able to make the repair in short order.  He is super knowledgeable, and was pleasant to talk with.  He did a great job!
