I had a great experience with Efficient Plumbing. They came out for a water leak detection when I noticed water was seeping out from the floor of my laundry room and creating a puddle. I originally thought something had spilled or the washing machine had leaked and I dried it up only to notice the water leak came back the next day. They were able to make me a same day appointment and send out their plumber Hector who came out quickly and performed water leak detection. He found a slab leak that had been causing issues for quite some time. I had been getting a higher than normal water bill for the last two months but didn't think much of it. The team was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before starting the plumbing repairs. They repaired the pipe leak by doing a reroute in PEX of that single copper line that was going from my laundry room to my guest bathroom shower. They were efficient and left everything clean afterward. They did suggest a whole house repipe as an alternative long term solution but it is something I will have them do eventually. I really appreciated their responsiveness and quality workmanship. Highly recommend them if you need reliable plumbing services!

Our 15 year old water heater started leaking and I called our go to plumbing company that we have been using for many years now. Thank you Efficient plumbing yet again for your service and timely installation. When we called my husband scheduled the plumbers Steve and Hector to come out the following day. They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank.

Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work.

Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had.

Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

I called Steve to request service for a sewer issue I had. While it wasn't an issue he could help me with he very thoughtfully helped me understand the plumbing industry, who I should be looking for and even provided referrals. This service alone would have won my business and I'll definitely be contacting him in the future for any issues can service.

A few weeks ago we woke up to find a bubble in our dining room ceiling from water that had been filling up while we were asleep! This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage.

Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom.
Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak.

They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

Efficient Plumbing has been my go to plumbers for a few of my properties around Mission Viejo. They are always professional, honest and up front about their prices and have consistent quality workmanship. I called them on a Thursday for a leaking water heater and they came out the same day and replaced it up to code and got the hot water back on for my tenants. Thank you Steve and Titus!

Efficient Plumbing was a life saver and quick to respond to my call when I noticed water suddenly dripping through the light fixture of my ceiling. Evelin was quick to answer the phone, was upfront with the cost of the initial visit and leak detection. Within the hour we had Titus show up. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quickly got to work to find our leak. He discovered a pin hole leak on a copper pipe. The repair was made and our water was back on shortly after that. The price was fair and the process of the work was thoroughly explained as well as an upfront cost before the work was started. They are a small family business and do great work. I highly recommend!
